These Terms of Service govern your use of bemine.co.in and purchases from BeMine Jewellery. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on our website.

Business and Eligibility

BeMine Jewellery supplies wholesale fashion jewellery to retailers, boutiques, resellers and other business buyers. You must be legally capable of entering into a contract and must provide accurate account, billing, delivery and contact information.

Products and Pack Quantities

Product titles, descriptions, photographs, pack quantities and per-piece references are provided to help buyers make informed decisions. The amount charged at checkout is the total pack or order price shown. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of photography, screen settings and normal manufacturing variations. We may correct genuine listing or pricing errors before dispatch and will contact you if an order is affected.

Pricing, Taxes and Minimum Order

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout or on the invoice. A wholesale minimum order value may apply where displayed on the website. Promotions and prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect an order already accepted.

Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if payment is not authorised, inventory is unavailable, information appears incorrect or fraudulent, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. If payment has been captured for an order we cancel, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payments

Payments are processed by authorised payment providers. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorise the applicable charge. We do not directly store complete card details.

Shipping, Cancellation and Returns

Shipping, delivery estimates, cancellations, damaged or incorrect goods, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with website operation, use content unlawfully, or place fraudulent orders. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers or our business.

Intellectual Property

The website design, branding, photographs, text and other content owned by BeMine Jewellery may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without written permission, except as permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Rajkot, Gujarat.
