Refund policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed with BeMine Jewellery.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before an order is dispatched by emailing support@bemine.co.in or calling +91 99980 70901 with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but an eligible issue may be handled under the process below.

Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your shipment promptly. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, missing or different from what you ordered. Send your order number, a clear description, photographs of the outer packaging and products, and an unedited parcel-opening video where available. Keep the original product, tags, pack quantity, invoice and packaging until the claim is resolved.

Return Eligibility

As our products are supplied in wholesale packs, returns for change of mind, unsold stock, minor colour variation caused by screens or photography, or normal variations in handcrafted or fashion jewellery are not accepted. An authorised return must be unused, unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Do not send goods back without written return approval from BeMine Jewellery.

Resolution

After reviewing an eligible claim, we may replace the affected goods, issue store credit, or approve a refund. If a return is required because we supplied a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will provide return instructions and bear the reasonable return cost. Original shipping charges are otherwise non-refundable.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval or receipt and inspection of the returned goods, as applicable. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. We will notify you when the refund has been initiated.
